At Christian Dezigns, your satisfaction is our priority. Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we have a specific policy to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.

24-Hour Change Policy

Once you place an order, our production team begins preparing your custom garment within 24 hours. You may cancel or modify your order (size, color, or design) within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the item moves into production and cannot be changed.

The “Good News” Guarantee

We take pride in our quality. If your order arrives with any of the following, we will send a Free Replacement immediately:

  • Damaged or defective garment.
  • Poor quality or faded printing.
  • Incorrect item or size sent by our error.

Size Replacements

Since we print on demand, we cannot offer “refunds” for ordering the wrong size. However, we want you to wear your faith comfortably! We offer a One-Time Size Replacement at a 50% discount if you ordered the wrong size by mistake.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return an item for a full refund?

As each product is uniquely printed for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind.” If there is a physical defect or printing error, we offer a free replacement rather than a refund.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

If your tracking info hasn’t updated in 30 days (Domestic) or 45 days (International), please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if deemed lost, we will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.

How do I start a claim?

Please email support@christiandezigns.store with your Order Number and a photo of the product if it is damaged. Our “Champs” will respond within 24 hours to make it right.
